Cracking Eggs

Sunday was a lazy PJ day for us. I had to snap these photos of Rick teaching Simone how to crack two eggs.

I reminds me of things I took for granted before Sophie Wei's surgery:

Simone and Sophie Wei taking a bath together.
Sleep.
Being a teacher.
Hugging Sophie Wei close.
Time with my husband.
Sleeping in my own bed.
Being able to work out.

Wow! I was impressed. How many times do you end up with the egg shell in your food?

Later today Simone was painting a photo. Her skills have grown so fast! I am so proud of her.

Cooking With Daddy

Simone enjoys cooking with her Daddy. Today she learned how to make meatballs.

Simone loves tights, hair pretties and boots....Remember it has been around 85 degrees out and she wants to wear tights :O)
