August 5th, 2006Rick suprised me with a cruise on the Sternwheeler. Simone actually got pretty sick a few days before with the whole Hand, Foot and Mouth thing. She even got it on her bottom! She had so many sores in her mouth that she would not eat anything or drink much. The nurse said don't worry if she eats anything other than ice cream and sherbert so that is what we did. She also would drink a little water when she felt up to it so we were lucky that she did not get sicker! It was scary but I know it can be worse. What a ruff few days we had.
Three days after the fever she started to feel much better. On the 6th day she was so much better that we went to the fair. We enjoyed the animals and Lonestar. Good times. Thanks Ulloms!
