Panda Play Date

On August 15th we had a few friends over for a Panda Play Date. The Panda Group is an organization where you can meet people that have, will or are waiting to adopt from China. I have have gotten to know some great people through this group. (Tracy, Cheryl, Paula and Pam.)

We also see some of our friends from this group every Monday at Chinese Story time at our public library.

We met Maggies family when I was their sons PE teacher (Louie.). We enjoy them and especially Jim's fine cooking, YUM! Amy and Jim also answered a lot of questions for us before we adopted Simone!

I met Holly Wen's Mom through a teacher friend at work a few months ago and have been following their journey every since then. This play date was the first time that I met Tammy in person.

Needless to say it has been so good to know friends that have gone through the same things we have and their support is priceless.
