Cracking Eggs

Sunday was a lazy PJ day for us. I had to snap these photos of Rick teaching Simone how to crack two eggs.

I reminds me of things I took for granted before Sophie Wei's surgery:

Simone and Sophie Wei taking a bath together.
Sleep.
Being a teacher.
Hugging Sophie Wei close.
Time with my husband.
Sleeping in my own bed.
Being able to work out.

Wow! I was impressed. How many times do you end up with the egg shell in your food?

Later today Simone was painting a photo. Her skills have grown so fast! I am so proud of her.
