Cherry Cookies

I found this new recipe and thought it was so easy so we did it. It is also an easy task for little ones. It was also yummy so we will keep this one as a Christmas Tradition.

All you need is pre-made sugar cookie dough (or make your own), maraschino cherries and melted chocolate chips. You take the pre-made sugar cookie dough and set the maraschino cherry in the middle, roll dough around cherry, bake for 9 or 10 minutes, cool, cover with melted chocolate chips, let set and then enjoy.

Since Simone had a long nap she was able to stay up late and make these with me. We enjoyed our time together with a little tea party. She is growing up way to fast and talking up a storm.
